I came to shoot in Ramoji Film City in 2012 for the film "Baba," my own production. And since then when I come here, I stay in hotel Sitara — beautiful, soothing, hygienic and well-maintained. People here are so kind and hospitality is superb. I miss the legend Ramoji Rao, whose passing away is a big loss for the nation. He was one of the great men in India — not only in the film industry but in journalism. Imagine this film city, the kind of empire he had created.

I have had the best experience shooting here — the teams personally helped me identify locations, were cooperative in supplying equipment, and looked after our needs proactively. Ramoji Film City has always attracted me for my elaborate projects. It's where one can explore a variety of locations and it is very convenient to erect or re-create sets to suit the requirement. We camped in the premises of Ramoji studio to shoot Bahubali 1 & 2. With support teams of several departments in place, shooting here was very smooth.

Since 20 years, I have been associated with Ramoji studio, building sets for different films — Robot, Lingaa, Ra.One, Krrish 3 and Bahubali among others.
